As a dedicated team of women inspired to become accredited coaches, we are committed to making a meaningful impact through our coaching and coach training. In support of the International Coaching Federation (ICF) and under the guidance of Dr. Tünde Erdös, we strive to enable coaching initiatives in our own small way.

Our initiative is to contribute to sustainable development by putting the money we earn through our coaching practice within our ACC Level 1 coach training in a budget that can enable further ACC Level 1 coach training for more women in Kenya.

In doing so we hope to equip more individuals and communities with the tools they need to navigate challenges, unlock potential, and create lasting positive change. We believe that through coaching, we can foster a society that meets both present and future needs without compromising opportunities for generations to come.

Though we are a small team, we are passionate about giving back and playing our part in building a better, more empowered world.
