Cohort 2024

Jennifer Boit

How the coaching training has empowered me? It has helped me learn more about myself, improve in areas of my personality that I am not satisfied with and outgrow myself before growing others. My song is dedicated to that learning and growth.

Salome Wasike

  1. The coach training brought in my life a paradigm shift that coaching is a ‘way of being’, self-management, and that it is experiential, hence I need to apply the ‘here and now’- the presence strategy at all times during coaching
  2. As a nurse manager and addiction counselor, the coach training equipped me with knowledge on principles, code of ethics and types of interventions that will enable me to blend in my day to day counseling sessions at my workplace
  3. The coach training empowers me with the tools to achieve my desired and planned goal to empower vulnerable girls to achieve their potential. I managed to formulate an action plan by day five of the coach training. The training was impactful indeed, thank you a million Dr Tunde.

Jeniffer Koech

  1. Sincere appreciation to Dr Tunde for planting a seed in my life. Thanks to Mercy for actively managing and organising our time. Thanks to Jane for inviting me to this cohort. Thank you for adding VALUE in my life. God bless you and answer your prayers 🙏
  2. My colleagues, thank you for your warmth and love. God bless you 🙏
  3. My five days were well spent, and I learnt to be intentional, e.g, acting from a place of listening and silence 🔕

The coach training has enabled me to understand myself and my self and how to deeper understand my clients:

  • How to tackle life and face situations without fear
  • That I have the ability to contain myself and not to impose things on others
  • That I have the solution to my problems.

Bishop Winfried Wanyonyi

The coach training has really empowered me. Being a pastor, I deal with many people, so the training has helped me to not impose issues, thoughts or solutions on people. I will contract with them.

I will empower the church with the knowledge of coaching. I now know that coaching means ‘I’m not to give the solution to my client’. I will do less and be more. As a coach, I have learned I should not judge the client. I have to talk ‘the now’ with the client. I came to realize that part of coaching is about silence and only talking when things will add value. I will be taking time to be silent for fifteen minutes every day. I have to listen to myself more.
