The idea for the documentary was born from the ‘pain and pleasure’ of becoming and being an executive coach and coaching researcher. It is the result of the manifold challenges of my complex journey from a human, professional and ethical point of view.

The documentary aims to address

• the trends of coaching in our modern times,
• the benefits and limitations of our profession in organizational settings,
• leadership and new work issues in organizations and how to deal with those issues,
• the role of teaching institutions, and more.
